Yangzhou Normal University was renamed Lu Xun University, and its affiliated middle school was naturally changed to Lu Xun Middle School. 1992, Yangzhou University, with Yangzhou Normal College and Jiangsu Agricultural College as the main body, was established and changed to the present secondary school attached to Yangzhou University. The former Yangzhou Luxun Middle School is a secondary school affiliated to the former Yangzhou Normal College.
