Not long ago, we started a course on career planning, which was not long and there were not many courses. However, this seemingly simple course is significant. It can be said that it is related to our future and cannot be sloppy. It's really touching to finish this course. Here, I also want to talk about my feelings.

Before taking this course, the understanding of occupation is a person's work experience. After studying and looking for information, I have a new understanding of my career. Career is a continuous process of all career-related behaviors and activities and related attitudes, values and aspirations in a person's life, and it is also a process of realizing career and position changes and work ideals in a person's life. Simply put, a career is a person's life-long work experience. Generally speaking, a career begins with vocational study and training before work and ends with retirement. After learning this course, I feel that one's career is closely related to one's career planning. Personally, career planning can be said to be a complex, systematic, stressful and challenging vision for future work and life. Below, I want to talk about my views based on my understanding, which is also my feeling after learning this course.

In our career, we should not only plan our work, but also plan our life. Because professional activities are also a kind of life, life planning is indispensable in career planning. When it comes to life planning, it is not a simple matter. Generally speaking, our life will be affected by work and occupation, so the life part of career planning must be planned with reference to occupation. In this part of the planning, we need to know what kind of lifestyle we want, what kind of social role we want to play, and how to deal with the relationship between life and work, which also affects our work. From what I have listed, I think a good career plan is no less than completing a big project. At the same time, career planning also affects one's life and work, which is very important. Therefore, I think career planning is very complicated.

These are my personal views on career planning. After listening to the secretary's class and searching for information after class, I think career planning should have the following functions for individuals: first, it can evaluate the current achievements, and it can also be said that it is a self-evaluation of the current situation. Second, help determine the career development goals. Through self-evaluation and analysis, we determine our own career path and correctly formulate our own career development goals. Third, it helps to grasp the key points. Career planning allows us to prioritize our work, firmly grasp the key points and increase the chances of success. Fourth, it makes us work hard. Many times, when planning is specific, every effort can see the results. Therefore, career planning helps us to work hard for our goals. 5. It helps to develop one's potential. When we have a plan, we will focus on the efforts to realize it. At this time, we will gradually exert some potential, and with continuous efforts, we will exert more and more potential.

Our career planning is a long process, and its success is also considered by the scale of its life. We live in a changing era, everything is changing, only change is constant. Our career planning is to use future goals to predict our own changes. Only by being good at planning the future can we have the correct direction and effective action measures, give full play to the initiative of self-management, give full play to our own potential and achieve success in our cause.

After studying the career guidance course, I learned about career planning and its importance to us, and I also thought about planning my career. However, in fact, I can only think that I dare not make a career plan in writing now, because I must be cautious. I want to know as much as possible about the status quo, whether it is society or myself. Sometimes it is more difficult to modify a thing than to do it. I think, instead of making a career plan and then finding problems before changing it, it is better to do it after thinking it over, and plan it carefully after thinking it over.

I think it's still a little late for us to take this course. I wish we had done it earlier. But sex is better than nothing. At least, I have feelings now. Although I don't know much about this, I know that I will prepare for my career planning now. I didn't have this kind of consciousness before, but now I must have it and take action at the same time.
