North gate. Changchun Institute of Science and Technology is located at Donghua Street 1699, Shuangyang District, Changchun City. It was established in May, 2000, formerly known as the Development College of Jilin Agricultural University. According to official website, the school has six gates, namely, North Gate, South Gate, Northwest Gate No.3, Northwest Gate 1, Northwest Gate and Southeast Gate No.2.
