General rule

Article 2 Postgraduate scholarships are divided into ordinary scholarships and excellent scholarships. Scholarship refers to the remuneration paid by the school to raise graduate students as teaching assistants (teaching assistants), research assistants (research assistants) and management assistants (hereinafter referred to as "three assistants"). Scholarship loan refers to the national student loan, which is a bank loan to help graduate students from poor families pay for tuition and accommodation during their studies at school.

Chapter I General Scholarships

Article 3 enjoyment conditions

Graduate students who abide by national laws and school rules and regulations, study diligently, pass all courses and actively participate in scientific research activities can enjoy ordinary scholarships, except those entrusted, directed, at their own expense and with special agreements.

Article 4 Distribution standard

(1) PhD student

1. If you did not take part in the actual work before entering school, you will be in 380 yuan every month;

2. Those who have worked for more than one year before entering school will be in 420 yuan every month.

(2) Master students

1. Those who did not take part in the work before entering school are in 290 yuan every month;

2. Those who have worked for more than one year before entering school will be in 300 yuan every month.

(3) The monthly general scholarship 100 yuan belongs to the living allowance given by the school to graduate students, and it will not be given for two months (February and August) in winter and summer vacations.

(four) the adjustment of ordinary scholarship standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the state.

Article 5 Issuance Procedures

(1) After the new students register, the Graduate Office will review and compile the roster and standards for granting general scholarships, and submit them to the Finance Office for approval before granting them.

(two) in any of the following circumstances, stop issuing ordinary scholarships.

1. For graduate students who have graduated (graduated, left school), studied abroad, dropped out of school, expelled from school or terminated their studies for other reasons, the general scholarship will be suspended from the second month.

2. Stop issuing general scholarships during the period of postgraduate suspension;

3. Graduate students cannot graduate according to the original training plan due to personal reasons, and do not enjoy ordinary scholarships during the extension period.

4. Those who have been punished by demerit, have not registered for more than one week, or have not left school and have not participated in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for one week in a row will be suspended from issuing ordinary scholarships for one month.

5. Ordinary scholarships will be paid at 50% during the probation period.

Chapter II Excellent Scholarships

Article 6 Purpose of reward

Article 7 Evaluation principles

The evaluation of outstanding scholarships should ensure the quality and be fair, just and open.

Article 8 Qualifications for Competition

(1) Full-time graduate student in our school.

(two) one of the following circumstances can not participate in the scholarship review:

1. Those who violate the school rules of party discipline and state law will be punished;

2. Absence from class for more than 2 weeks in one semester;

3. Not participating in the collective activities required by schools and colleges for no reason, and accumulating 3 times (including 3 times) or more in a school year;

Article 9 Types of Outstanding Scholarships

It can be divided into five types: first-class scholarship for outstanding graduate students, second-class scholarship for outstanding graduate students, third-class scholarship for outstanding graduate students, scholarship for outstanding graduate cadres and individual scholarship for graduate students, among which individual scholarship for graduate students includes: academic science and technology award, cultural and sports activity activist award and social practice activist award.

Article 10 Basic requirements

(two) study hard, rigorous and pragmatic, enterprising, excellent results.

(four) the annual comprehensive assessment results are qualified or above.

Article 11 Evaluation conditions

Those who fail CET-6 (with a score below 425) cannot apply for the first-class scholarship and the second-class scholarship for outstanding graduate students.

(1) The winners of the first, second and third-class scholarships for outstanding graduate students must meet the following conditions.

1. The average score of 8 courses for master students (5-6 degree courses and 2-3 elective courses) and 5 courses for doctoral students is not less than 85 points, and the single subject score is not less than 80 points. The above courses must include foreign languages (comprehensive scores) and Marxist theory courses.

2. Excellent academic papers and scientific research achievements.

The paper can be started as scheduled in the working stage, and the work is progressing smoothly, and the phased results have been achieved.

Master students: during their school years, they published 1 articles and above (CN number) in open academic journals (should be the first author; If the author is a second author, the first author must be an instructor and published in a core journal. The same below); Have strong scientific research ability, and have achieved more influential scientific research results recognized by authoritative departments; Master of Arts students publish their works in academic journals and newspapers with unified serial numbers and public distribution in China; Or a collection of works officially published by a publishing house.

Doctoral students: published 3 or more papers in Chinese core journals during the study period; Or the published papers are included by SCI, SSCI, EI and ISTP; Or scientific research achievements won the third prize at or above the provincial level (including the third prize), and ranked in the top three in the project.

(two) outstanding graduate cadres scholarship winners must meet the following conditions

1. Served as a cadre of the graduate student association of the school or the graduate branch of the college, a class cadre of the graduate party group of each college, and the head of the school community.

Served as a postgraduate cadre for more than one year.

3. Enthusiastic about student work, set an example, and actively cooperate with relevant departments of the school to do all the work; Actively organize graduate students to participate in healthy and beneficial activities and receive good results; Love the group, care about classmates, and have strong working ability.

(three) the evaluation conditions of individual scholarships for graduate students

1. winners of academic science and technology awards must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) during the study period, he obtained the invention patent, software copyright registration, utility model patent or design patent with Guangdong University of Technology as the signature unit; Participate in scientific research projects through provincial, municipal and departmental appraisal; Participate in the top three academic and scientific competitions at or above the provincial level and win the grade award; Art graduate students participate in art exhibitions organized by units at or above the provincial level, or participate in art achievement awards organized by units at or above the provincial level with winning works.

(2) During the study period, the academic papers of this subject will be published in the national Chinese core journals (all regular journals), with the first author (if the second author is the second author, the first author must be his tutor, the same below), with more than 2 master students (including 2) and more than 4 doctoral students (including 4); Or, 1 or above master's thesis is included by SCI and EI (including1); More than 2 doctoral theses were included in SCI, SSCI, EI and ISTP. The winner of the Sports Activist Award must win the first place in the sports competition organized by the Graduate Association, win the top three in the school-level cultural and sports competition on behalf of the graduate students, and win the top eight in the school-level cultural and sports competition on behalf of the graduate students; Or have made outstanding organizational contributions in various cultural and sports competitions.

3. Winners of the Social Practice Activist Award must actively participate in social practice activities organized by schools and colleges and reported to graduate schools for the record, and achieve good social and economic benefits.

Twelfth assessment ratio and bonus

(1) Proportion and amount of first-,second-and third-class scholarships for outstanding graduate students: The number of people who can win the first, second and third prizes in each college is the largest, accounting for 2%, 5% and 10% of the students in the second and third grades of the college respectively. The first-class scholarship amount 1 ,000 yuan, the second-class scholarship amount 500 yuan, and the third-class scholarship amount 300 yuan;

(2) The proportion of outstanding graduate cadres is 4% of the number of second-and third-year graduate students in the whole school, among which, college graduate cadres account for 3% and school graduate cadres account for 1%. Each college selects outstanding graduate cadres of the college according to the corresponding proportion, and the graduate cadres at the school level are recommended by the graduate society and the college to participate in the selection of the school. The amount of bonus for outstanding graduate cadres is 300 yuan.

(three) individual scholarships for graduate students are evaluated according to the actual situation, and the amount of academic science and technology awards is 300 yuan; The bonus amount of sports activist award and social practice award is 100 yuan.

Thirteenth selection methods and steps

(a) the selection of outstanding scholarships in the annual comprehensive evaluation after the end.

Article 14 Incentive measures

(2) Graduate students who apply for multiple scholarships at the same time will be awarded honorary certificates according to the awards, and bonuses will only be awarded according to the awards with the highest amount.

(3) Graduate students who have obtained scholarships established by enterprises or private enterprises in that year may also participate in the selection of outstanding graduate students. If they win the prize, they will not occupy the quota, only issue certificates, not bonuses.

Chapter III Grants

Article 16 Purpose of establishment

Article 17 Conditions of employment

(1) All full-time graduate students who have good political and ideological performance, strong sense of responsibility, strong professional ability, good health and spare capacity for study may apply for part-time "three assistances" with the consent of their tutors.

(2) Postgraduates engaged in the work of "Three Helps" must be on the premise that their normal studies will not be affected, and their study years may not be extended because of their employment of "Three Helps".

(three) graduate students to participate in the "three assistance" work should abide by laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the school and the employer, and fulfill the relevant agreements.

Article 18 Term of employment

The term of the post of "Three Assistants" is one year, calculated by two semesters (10 month).

Article 19 Work content of employment

(a) teaching assistant (teaching assistant) work

(3) Management Assistant (Assistant Management)

Responsible for the affairs management of relevant departments and scientific research teams.

Twentieth employment methods and procedures

The employing unit shall employ graduate students according to the post requirements and actual needs. The recruitment methods are open recruitment and merit-based recruitment. The process is as follows:

(1) At the end of each semester, the employer will set up the post for the next semester, fill in the Registration Form for Post Setting of Postgraduates in Guangdong University of Technology, report it to the Graduate Office for examination and approval, and announce the post and application conditions to the whole school.

(2) Apply for graduate students to fill in the "Application Form for" Three Helps "for Graduate Students of Guangdong University of Technology, which will be sent to the Graduate Office for review and then transferred to the employer after being reviewed by the instructor and the graduate school.

(3) The employing unit conducts examination and interview on the candidates to be hired, and puts forward opinions on whether to hire them, which shall be submitted to the competent department of the employing unit for examination and approval, and then sent to the graduate school for filing.

(4) Publish the list of employees.

Twenty-first sources of funds and remuneration standards

(1) Source of funds

1. Special matching funds allocated by the school for work-study programs;

2. The post setting unit provides funds from the total salary of the unit or self-raised related projects;

3. Research funds for instructors.

(2) Allowance standard

Part-time "three assistants" graduate students have to bear 8- 12 hours of workload every week. If the workload needs to increase due to work, the employer or the instructor may increase the allowance as appropriate.

1. The teaching assistant allowance for public basic courses is jointly funded by the post setting unit and the special matching funds of the school; The teaching assistant allowance for professional basic courses is raised and distributed by the college.

2. The auxiliary management allowance is jointly funded by the post setting unit and the special matching funds of the school, and the short-term auxiliary management allowance is paid by the post setting unit.

3. The school encourages tutors to set up research posts for graduate students.

The suggested criteria for research funding are as follows: doctoral students should not be less than 200 yuan/month? Post, master students not less than 150 yuan/month? Post, paid by the instructor.

(3) Methods of payment of remuneration

The part contributed by the employer shall be paid by the unit; The part funded by the school is distributed by the graduate office at the end of each semester.

Article 22 Management and evaluation

(a) post management

The dean (secretary) in charge of graduate work in each college is responsible for the organization, employment, review and management of graduate students' "three assistances" (including pre-job training, lecturer guidance and formulation of relevant management rules), and the establishment of teaching files for graduate assistants. Graduate tutors have the responsibility to urge their graduate students to perform the duties of teaching assistants.

(2) Job evaluation

1. The post assessment of teaching assistants mainly listens to the opinions of the Academic Affairs Office, lecturers of post setting courses and students attending lectures; The post evaluation of research assistant is evaluated by the instructor and the research group according to the attitude, output and workload of graduate students. Assistant management positions are assessed by the post setting department.

2. For graduate students who are not serious and responsible for their post work and fail to pass the examination, the post setting unit can pay less and no remuneration until the graduate student is expelled from the "three AIDS" work, and the post allowance is stopped and reported to the Graduate Office for the record.

3. If important economic losses are caused by dereliction of duty, the parties concerned will be held accountable according to the degree of loss.

Article 23 Relevant measures

1. Postgraduate teaching content can be used as a teaching practice link in postgraduate training plan.

2. The graduate students' performance of part-time job of "Three Helps" should be written into graduation appraisal, which will be one of the important contents introduced and recommended to the employment unit when graduation.
