Article 5 Issuance Procedures
(1) After the new students register, the Graduate Office will review and compile the roster and standards for granting general scholarships, and submit them to the Finance Office for approval before granting them.

1. For graduate students who have graduated (graduated, left school), studied abroad, dropped out of school, expelled from school or terminated their studies for other reasons, the general scholarship will be suspended from the second month.
2. Stop issuing general scholarships during the period of postgraduate suspension;
3. Graduate students cannot graduate according to the original training plan due to personal reasons, and do not enjoy ordinary scholarships during the extension period.
4. Those who have been punished by demerit, have not registered for more than one week, or have not left school and have not participated in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for one week in a row will be suspended from issuing ordinary scholarships for one month.
5. Ordinary scholarships will be paid at 50% during the probation period.

Article 8 Qualifications for Competition

Article 11 Evaluation conditions

(1) Source of funds
