What are the consequences of college fights?
The punishment standard for fighting is as follows:

1, whoever hits people and causes minor injuries shall be given public security punishment, detained for more than five days and less than ten days, and fined for more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan;

2. Whoever beats others and causes minor injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance;

3. Whoever hits someone and causes serious injury shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years;

4. Those who beat others, or intentionally hurt others' bodies, shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days, and be fined between two hundred yuan and five hundred yuan;

5. If the circumstances are relatively minor, they shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan.

What's the way to deal with fighting at the police station?

1, investigate the specific circumstances of the incident, the specific reasons for the fight, the degree of injury of the parties, and the degree of damage to the surrounding things;

2. Entrust the identification of the victim's injury;

3. If the injury appraisal conclusion is more than minor injuries, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law;

Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; Whoever causes death or serious disability by particularly cruel means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
