According to Article 58 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities, schools should be truly and completely classified into school documents and personal files.
Students expelled from the school will be issued with learning certificates by the school. If a student leaves school within the time limit stipulated by the school, the file will be returned to his domicile by the school, and his domicile will be moved back to the original domicile or domicile in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

According to Article 53 of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities, the school shall issue a written decision on the punishment of students. The penalty decision shall include the following contents:
(1) Basic information of students;
(two) the facts and evidence of punishment;
(three) the types, basis and duration of punishment;
(four) the way and time limit of the complaint;
(5) Other necessary contents.
Referring to Article 57 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the punishment given to students, except the punishment of expulsion from school, should generally be set for 6 to 12 months and terminated according to the procedures stipulated by the school. After the punishment is lifted, students will be commended, rewarded and other rights and interests, and will no longer be affected by the original punishment.
With reference to Article 59 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the school has set up a student complaint handling committee, which is responsible for accepting complaints from students who refuse to accept the handling or punishment decision.
The Student Complaints Handling Committee consists of leaders of relevant schools, leaders of functional departments, representatives of teachers and students, and heads of relevant institutions responsible for legal affairs, and may invite experts from outside the school to participate. Schools should formulate specific measures for students' complaints, improve the composition and working rules of the student complaint handling Committee, and provide necessary conditions to ensure that it can perform its duties objectively and fairly.
With reference to Article 60 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, if a student disagrees with the school's decision on handling or punishment, he may submit a written complaint to the school's student complaint handling committee within 10 days from the date of receiving the school's decision on handling or punishment.
Referring to Article 61 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities, the student complaint handling committee shall examine the complaints made by students, and make a conclusion of the examination within 15 days from the date of receiving the written complaint and inform the complainant. If the situation is complicated and it is impossible to make a conclusion within the prescribed time limit, it may be extended by 15 days with the approval of the head of the school. If the student complaint handling committee deems it necessary, it may suggest that the school suspend the implementation of relevant decisions.
After examination, the Student Complaints Handling Committee considers that the facts, basis and procedures of handling or punishment are improper, and may make a review opinion suggesting revocation or change, request the relevant functional departments to study, and resubmit it to the principal's office meeting or special meeting for decision.
According to Article 62 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, students who have objections to the review decision may submit a written complaint to the provincial education administrative department where the school is located within 15 days from the date of receiving the review decision. The provincial education administrative department shall, within 30 working days from the date of receiving the student's written complaint, handle the complainant's problem and make a decision.
With reference to Article 64 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, if a student fails to lodge a complaint during the appeal period, it shall be deemed as giving up the complaint, and the school or the provincial education administrative department will no longer accept the complaint. If the decision on handling, punishment or review fails to inform the student of the appeal period, the appeal period shall be counted from the date when the student knows or should know the decision on handling and punishment, but the longest period shall not exceed 6 months.
