1, Liaoning Normal University

Liaoning Normal University, located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, is a key comprehensive normal university in Liaoning Province. The school was founded in 195 1, formerly known as Northeast Institute of Education, and was renamed Liaoning Normal University on 1983 after the changes of Northeast Normal College, Liaoning First Normal College and Dalian Normal College. The majors offered by the school cover many disciplines such as literature, science, engineering, law, teaching, history and philosophy.

2. Qufu Normal University

Qufu Normal University, located in Qufu City, Shandong Province, is the hometown of Confucius and a key comprehensive normal university in Shandong Province. The school was founded in 1955, formerly known as Shandong Normal University. 1956 was upgraded to Qufu Teachers College and moved to Qufu to start undergraduate education. From 1970 to 1974, it merged with the liberal arts of Shandong University to form the new Shandong University. 1974, the organizational system of Qufu Teachers College was restored.

1985 was renamed as Qufu Normal University. In 2002, Rizhao Campus was completed. The school gives full play to the unique advantages of Confucius' hometown, undertakes the mission of cultural inheritance and innovation, and creates a new highland of "two creations" of traditional culture. The school has the only training mechanism for Confucian professionals in China, and jointly applied with Shandong University for the establishment of a collaborative innovation center for Confucian civilization.

3. Shenyang Normal University

Shenyang Normal University, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning sponsored by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and approved by the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 195 1, formerly known as Northeast Institute of Education, and 1953 was renamed shenyang normal College. It was one of the earliest two undergraduate normal colleges in Northeast China at that time.

1965 changed its name to Liaoning first normal college, and 1978 restored the name of shenyang normal college. In 2000, the new campus was successfully completed. In 2002, it merged with Liaoning Institute of Education to form Shenyang Normal University. The school actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation, and has established cooperative relations with more than 50 universities and institutions in more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Britain, Japan and South Korea.

4. Hainan Normal University

Hainan Normal University, located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, is the only comprehensive normal university in Hainan Province that mainly trains teachers. The school was founded in 1949, formerly known as Qiongya Normal School, and was renamed Hainan Normal University with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2000. The school offers arts, science, engineering, law, education, history, philosophy, economics, management, art and other disciplines 10, with 23 teaching units.
