Motherly Love Like a Mountain is an urban emotional drama directed by Lei Zi and starring Jiang Linjing.

The story happened in a remote mountain village in southern Anhui. Ma Juan, a widowed middle-aged woman, married Wang Zhixin, a widowed middle-aged man in the same village. It was a promising new life. However, due to Wang Zhixin's lack of family responsibility, his stepson Zhuo Wang's resistance to him, and his own son Wang Qun, who works in the provincial capital investment and development company, became a fugitive because of illegal loans, Ma Juan was in deep trouble.
