I. Scale of running a school

University: The number of full-time students is more than 8,000, and the number of graduate students is not less than 5% of the total number of full-time students.

College: The number of full-time students should be more than 5,000.

Second, disciplines and majors

1. Among humanities (philosophy, literature, history), social sciences (economics, law, education), science, engineering, agronomy, medicine, management and other disciplines, colleges should have 1 or above as the main disciplines, and universities should have more than three disciplines as the main disciplines.

2. The main discipline category called college should be able to cover more than 3 majors in this discipline category; Each of its major disciplines is called a university.

The general undergraduate majors in the category should be able to cover more than three first-level disciplines in this discipline category, and the full-time undergraduate students in each professional discipline category should be no less than 15% of the total number of full-time undergraduate students in our school, and

There are at least 2 master's degree awarding points, and the total number of undergraduate majors in the school is at least 20.

Third, the teaching staff.

1. Ordinary undergraduate schools should have strong teaching and scientific research strength, and the total number of full-time teachers should generally make the student-teacher ratio not higher than18:1; The number of part-time teachers shall not exceed 1/4 of the total number of full-time teachers in our school.

2. There shall be no less than 280 full-time teachers at the beginning of the school. Among full-time teachers, the number of teachers with graduate education accounts for the proportion of full-time teachers.
