As of October 6th, 20/kloc, Chongqing Zhongxian medical insurance card was obtained, and expenses can be reimbursed for seeing a doctor or buying medicine in Chongqing Southwest Hospital (Shapingba District); However, the expenses incurred due to medical treatment in different places are within the scope of manual reimbursement.

Relevant materials to be provided for manual reimbursement:

1. Residents who make manual settlement due to network failure or loss of residents' medical insurance cards should provide:

(1) Outpatient service: invoices and prescriptions;

(2) Hospitalization: invoices, prescriptions, copies of the first page of hospitalization medical records stamped with the seal of medical institutions, and a list of hospitalization expenses.

2. Minors and college students need to provide:

Invoices, prescriptions, medical records and accidental injury certificates issued by schools or neighborhood committees.

3. Maternity leave reimbursement shall provide:

"Birth Service Certificate" or "Re-birth Service Certificate", medical records, prescriptions, invoices, hospitalization expenses list, original and photocopy of discharge records.

4. Residents seeking medical treatment in different places (outside Zhongxian County) need to provide:

Invoice, list of hospitalization expenses, copy of the first page of hospitalization medical record, discharge record, and certificate of local medical insurance center.
