Liaoning University of Petrochemical Technology, with key disciplines as the guide, has two books: petrochemical engineering, petroleum engineering, material science, environmental biology, chemical machinery, control engineering, information engineering and economic management, which embodies the economic characteristics of the industry and the region. Liaoning University of Petrochemical Technology is located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. It is the first petroleum industry school in New China and a multi-disciplinary university featuring petroleum and petrochemical. Liaoning Province, together with PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC, is a first-class discipline construction university in Liaoning Province. It has been designated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League as the KAB Entrepreneurship Education Base for college students and the KAB Entrepreneurship Club University, as well as the postgraduate training base for high-level backbone programs of ethnic minorities and the undergraduate training base for ethnic minorities as determined by the Ministry of Education. It is also the training base of undergraduate talents in petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province.
