Brief introduction of Sichuan Civil Aviation Flight Academy;
China Civil Aviation Flight Academy (CAFUC), directly under the Civil Aviation Administration of China, jointly established Sichuan universities and high-level universities with the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and was selected as the pilot unit of "MPL" course promoted by the United Nations and the Gongga plan of "double first-class" construction of Sichuan universities. It is the largest and most capable civil aviation pilot training institution in the world.
By the end of 65438+February 2022, the school headquarters was in Guanghan City, Sichuan Province, and Tianfu Campus was under construction. There are five flight training branches, 1 general airlines, 1 aircraft repair shops and 1 simulator training centers in Sichuan and Henan.
There are cooperative flight training bases in Zigong, Yongchuan, Wuzhou and Harbin, which manage and operate five general and transport airports. The school covers a total area of 18078 mu, with a building area of over 900,000 square meters, total fixed assets of over 5 billion yuan (excluding land price), total teaching equipment of 2.269 billion yuan and 332 training planes.

Scientific research platform:
By the end of 65438+ in February, 2022, the school had 2 provincial and ministerial key laboratories, 6 key laboratories (engineering technology research centers), 4 industrial technology innovation alliances, 3 key laboratories 13, 2 research centers 12 and 24 research institutes, which were recognized according to the standards, and the aircraft fire rescue academician workstation was approved for civil use in China.
