Applicants for joining the Party should fill in clearly and accurately with pen or brush item by item according to the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party". The content should be true and the handwriting should be clear. Shall not be altered, concealed or forged. All columns of the "Volunteer to Join the Party" shall be filled in. If there is nothing to fill in some columns, you should indicate "None" in the columns.

The cover of "Volunteer to Join the Party" shall be signed and sealed by the applicant (or printed by hand).

"Voluntary joining the Party" must be affixed with my recent bareheaded photo. If there are some items that can not be filled in during the filling process, they should be marked as "None". There must be no traces of alteration.

"Name": consistent with the resident ID card.

Nationality: refers to the birth nationality of the development object. When filling in, please pay attention to write the full name, not the abbreviation.

Date of birth: refers to the date of birth of the development object, which should be filled in according to the Gregorian calendar and consistent with the ID card.

"Native place": refers to my native place, which shall be filled in in detail according to the current administrative division. If the ancestral home is inconsistent with the birth address, it is generally filled in according to the father's birthplace and filled in at the county level.

"Birthplace": Fill in the place where I was born.

"Education": refers to the level of scientific and cultural knowledge that a person has now. For example, undergraduate students fill in "high school" and graduate students fill in "undergraduate".

Degree or title: fill in the name of the highest degree and the highest professional and technical title I have obtained, with "None" for undergraduates and "Bachelor" for postgraduates.
