4. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications and recent graduates of adult colleges and universities (including adult higher education organized by ordinary colleges and universities) shall apply for the examination according to the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduates;

5. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees;

6. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

Part-time majors only recruit candidates whose registration category is directional training.
