CET-4 is a national English test sponsored by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education. It is designed, organized, managed and implemented by the National College English Test Committee for CET-4 and CET-6 (1993 formerly named "College English Test Design Group for CET-4 and CET-6").
English Band 4 scoring standard:
After weighted equivalence, the original scores of CET-4 and CET-6 are converted into normal scores with an average of 500 and a standard deviation of 70. At the same time, there is no passing line for CET-4 and CET-6, and the examination certificate is changed to a transcript.
