2. CET-4 is an English proficiency test organized by the Ministry of Education of China. It is mainly aimed at the second-year and above undergraduate students in ordinary colleges and universities, as well as other relevant personnel who need English. Its core goal is to evaluate the comprehensive ability of English listening, speaking, reading and writing of candidates. Corresponding to it is level 6.
