Established in 1896, Sichuan University Library is the largest university library in southwest China. The total construction area is 63 100 square meter; It has more than 5.5 million paper documents and rich electronic literature resources. It has 9682 reading seats, including 6 multimedia reading rooms.

2. Zhejiang University Library

There are five buildings in the whole library, with a total construction area of 86,000 square meters and 5,282 reading seats. The library is rich in books and complete in categories, covering almost all disciplines, especially mechanical engineering and instruments, electric power, electronic science and engineering, chemistry, medicine, agriculture, biological sciences, local literature, Dunhuang studies, psychology and other disciplines.

3. Shandong University Library

At present, there are more than 3.07 million books in the collection, including more than 370,000 foreign books and periodicals, and 15000 Chinese and foreign periodicals. Rare books of ancient books occupy an important position in the collection of Shandong University Library.

There are more than 220,000 ancient books, including tens of thousands of rare books, especially epigraphy rubbings. In particular, the bibliographic documents collected in this library have great influence in the whole country, and the Yi-ology documents, ancient books on thread and rope, and state books published in Ming and Qing Dynasties are quite distinctive.
