The Luban Prize for Chinese Construction Engineering is selected once every two years, and the amount of each winning project does not exceed 240 yuan. On February 20 19, China Construction Industry Association issued a document commending the list of projects, contractors and contractors who won the Luban Award in 20 18-20 19.
Five projects in Shenzhen won the Luban Prize, namely, the general contracting project of Xuefu Hospital of Shenzhen University, Shenzhen Information Building of China Mobile, Futian Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Dedicated Line, Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit 1 1 Line, and the second bid section of the first phase of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen)-the teaching building.

In the first three years, almost all the honors of the Luban Prize were monopolized by state-owned enterprises, and the companies were basically concentrated in northern areas such as Beijing, and private enterprises were almost hard to find.
The first existing contractor to win the Luban Award is Nantong Seventh Construction and Installation Engineering Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Suzhong Construction Group. The winning project was "Observation Room of Beijing Observatory Xinglong Station 2. 16M Astronomical Telescope", and the company won the prize with 1990.
In the following years, private enterprises began to emerge. By 1997, when the luban prize was established 10, the proportion of private enterprises winning prizes reached about 10%. And this proportion continues to grow. Up to now, private enterprises account for about 33% of more than 2,700 Luban Awards.
