Born in a well-off family, although not particularly rich, I still have food and clothing since I was a child. My parents and brothers especially protect me. Many times, they all think that "I am the youngest in the family, so I should listen to the arrangement of adults", which gradually formed my somewhat weak character. Even afraid of dealing with people.
After graduating from college, I was confused for several years before I suddenly realized that I had grown up. It's time to stand on your own feet and be the master of your own life. However, at this time, I found that during my confused time, others were far ahead of me.
Having written so much, I'm sorry that I can't give you any advice to turn your confused life around immediately.
But I want to tell you that I haven't given up yet. I have now taken the first step of self-change. Losing weight is the first goal I set. I started two months ago, and now I have lost 7 kilograms, which I never dared to think about, and I don't rely on drugs, just eat less and exercise more. I gained a little rare self-confidence and knew I could do it. Now we are working hard to achieve the second small goal: to meet more people and learn to communicate and talk with them in a friendly way.
Of course, you don't have to follow my goal. You should customize the first thing that is not difficult but requires determination according to your own situation. A small goal that can make you better will do. Don't try to get there in one step. We are not as good as those great gods. We are ordinary people, so we will move forward at our own pace.
After the first goal is achieved, you will initially find the confidence you want, and then set the second goal. Then the third, the fourth, slowly finish them bit by bit. Try not to compare with others. Everyone has his own life, and no one will always point at you and laugh at you for walking slowly.
Moreover, even those who run fast must have enough endurance to continue running, because even if they run fast now, if you don't persist, sooner or later you will run slower than them, and you can finally surpass them because of persistence. We have all heard the story of the race between the tortoise and the hare. I don't think that's a chicken soup fairy tale. Until the age of 70, it is not necessarily who wins or loses.
I wish you find your first small goal as soon as possible, and then bravely take the first step of change! Let's work together!
