Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences, located in Dazhou City, eastern Sichuan Province, is a pilot unit for the overall transformation and development of colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, and a construction unit authorized by the Master of Sichuan Province. Selected in Sichuan Excellent Teacher Education and Training Plan and Sichuan 20 1 1 Plan, it is the chairman of the university alliance in Wanda Kaichuan-Chongqing Collaborative Development Demonstration Zone.

2. Sichuan Vocational College of Culture and Media

Sichuan Vocational College of Culture and Media is a full-time comprehensive college approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education, with unified enrollment in the national plan. It has the nationally recognized qualification to independently issue college diplomas (national standard code 14004, Sichuan enrollment code: 5 188).

There are two secondary colleges: preschool education college, cultural management college and media art college, which are the bases for training high-quality skilled professionals in preschool education, film and television, aviation, art design and media.

3. Qinghai Normal University

Qinghai Normal University, referred to as "Qinghai Normal University", is located in Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province. 1956 was founded as Qinghai Normal University, 1958 was upgraded to Qinghai Normal University, and 1984 was renamed Qinghai Normal University.

After 1997, Qinghai Institute of Education, Qinghai Teachers College for Nationalities, bank of qinghai School and Qinghai Water Conservancy School merged one after another to form the new Qinghai Normal University.

4. Yibin College

Yibin College is located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, a famous historical and cultural city in China. It is one of the first batch of pilot institutions in the "Double Hundred Programs" of applied technology education between China and the United States of the Ministry of Education, and one of the pilot institutions in Sichuan Province for overall transformation, development and reform.

5. Xinjiang University

Xinjiang University, referred to as "Xinda", is located in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is a world-class university construction university (Class B), a comprehensive national key university, a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a national "2 1 1 project" key university and a national key university for the development of the western region.

It was selected into the national "11plan", the comprehensive strength improvement project of universities in the central and western regions, and the national postgraduate plan for building high-level universities.
