Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education in order to thoroughly implement the "Sunshine Project" of college enrollment, strictly manage the examinations according to law, and standardize the enrollment of full-time undergraduates.

Article 2 The name of the school is Wuhan University of Light Industry, the English name is Wuhan University of Technology, and the national standard code is 10496.

Article 3 The school has Changqing Campus (No.68 Xuefu South Road, Changqing Garden, Dongxihu District, Wuhan) and gold and silver lake Campus (No.36 Huanhu Middle Road, gold and silver lake, Dongxihu District, Wuhan).

Article 4 A school is a national public institution of higher learning and has the right to award bachelor's degrees and master's degrees. It is a university jointly established by the State Grain and Material Reserve Bureau and the People's Government of Hubei Province, and the first batch of domestic first-class discipline construction universities in Hubei Province.

Article 5 School enrollment shall adhere to the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and conduct comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission of new students.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 6 The school shall set up an ordinary undergraduate enrollment committee and an enrollment work leading group, which shall be responsible for formulating enrollment policies and discussing and deciding major issues in enrollment work. Members are composed of school leaders, heads of relevant departments, alumni representatives and student representatives. And the leader is the main person in charge of the school. The General Undergraduate Admissions Committee has an Admissions Office, which is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of full-time general undergraduate enrollment.

Article 7 School enrollment shall be supervised by the school discipline inspection department, the provincial admissions office, candidates, parents, the media and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Principles and methods of enrollment plan allocation: The school shall make scientific and reasonable allocation in conjunction with relevant functional departments according to the needs of national economic and social development, combined with its own conditions for running schools, the employment situation of graduates and the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Ninth school admissions office according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education and the relevant provisions, the preparation of the school's provincial and professional plans, after the approval of the school admissions committee, reported to the Hubei Provincial Department of Education for approval. The school admissions office will send the provincial and professional plans approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education to the college admissions offices of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) as required, and announce them to the public through various channels.

Article 10 The school reservation plan shall not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan, which is used to adjust the imbalance of students in our schools in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). The use of reserved plans adheres to the principles of collective deliberation, collective decision-making, openness and transparency, and is mainly arranged in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with a large number of applicants and high pre-filing scores.

Chapter IV Admission Conditions

Article 11 The enrollment ratio of male and female students in all majors (categories) of the school is not limited.

Twelfth students meet the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) enrollment documents, and the school treats all new students equally.

Thirteenth schools in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions" and related supplementary provisions on the physical health of candidates.

Article 14 If there is any objection to the physical examination results in the electronic files of candidates, the school will promptly notify the candidates to re-examine. Candidates from Hubei Province will be re-examined in the second-class hospital in Wuhan or the corresponding medical unit designated by the school, and candidates from other provinces will be re-examined in the second-class hospital in Shengyuan Province or the corresponding medical unit. The chief physician should be a physician with the title of deputy chief physician or above. Candidates who fail to re-test or fail to pass the re-test according to the specified time and requirements may not be admitted to the school.

Fifteenth candidates in the electronic file "whether to obey the professional adjustment" column is empty, it will be regarded as the candidates obey the professional adjustment.

Article 16 In 2020, school food science and engineering (food science and engineering, food quality and safety, food engineering), machinery (mechanical design and manufacture and automation, material molding and control engineering, process equipment and control engineering), electronic information (communication engineering, electronic information science and technology), computer (computer science and technology, software engineering) and civil engineering (civil engineering, water supply and drainage science and engineering). Business administration (business administration, accounting), design (visual communication design, environmental design, product design) and foreign languages and literature (English, translation) are enrolled by major categories.

Article 17 With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school cooperated with the University of Teesside in the United Kingdom to hold undergraduate education programs in food science and engineering, and cooperated with the University of Southern Utah in the United States to hold undergraduate education programs in engineering management and advertising. The above projects are Sino-foreign cooperative education projects.

Eighteenth foreign languages and literature (English, translation) only recruit English candidates, and other non-foreign languages and literature majors (classes) do not restrict foreign languages. After students are admitted, they will teach foreign languages in English.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Nineteenth in accordance with the principle of "the school is responsible for the supervision of provincial enrollment".

Article 20 When transferring files, schools recognize the policy of adding or subtracting points stipulated by the Ministry of Education and the competent education departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). However, if the same candidate meets multiple conditions for transferring files, he can only get the highest score according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education, and the added value shall not exceed 20 points.

Twenty-first schools according to the number of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) enrollment plan, combined with the distribution of students, determine the proportion of candidates' files. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the adjustment ratio of school files is controlled within 105% in principle, and candidates who meet the admission rules can be admitted; Volunteering to file batches in order, the proportion of students' files accessed by schools should be controlled within 120% in principle.

Article 22 The school's professional arrangement method for candidates entering the file: the "score priority" rule is implemented among majors, but the "voluntary sorting of majors" rule is implemented among majors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; Jiangsu province implements the rules of "scores first, grades later" and "scores first" among majors; Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan and other provinces and cities that have implemented the comprehensive reform of the examination enrollment system, the same admission and sorting rules shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant local enrollment documents.

Article 23 In 2020, the science and engineering majors enrolled in the school's Sino-foreign cooperative education program include food science and engineering, project management, literature and history, and advertising. The above majors will be classified in Hubei Province, and only candidates who fill in such professional volunteers will be recruited; In Henan Province, parallel volunteer alone approved the list of high tuition majors; In Guizhou province, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is admitted separately; The second batch of batch B is implemented in Shanxi Province, and enrollment is planned; Sichuan Province and Guangxi District implement Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, set up separate institution codes and plan to enroll students. If the candidates who fill in such professional volunteers choose to "obey the professional adjustment", the school will be regarded as obeying the adjustment between Chinese and foreign cooperatively-run schools.

Aquaculture majors are classified in Hubei province, and only candidates who fill in such professional volunteers are recruited.

Article 24 School design majors and animation majors use the same admission rules. Candidates' professional scores must reach the provincial-level unified examination undergraduate professional qualification line designated by the province (autonomous region or municipality) where the students are located, and their cultural scores must reach the corresponding batch of art undergraduate professional admission control scores. According to the comprehensive score = the cultural score of the college entrance examination (including policy bonus points) ×40%+ the professional score of the provincial unified examination ×60%, the candidates are admitted from high to low. The provincial examination admissions department has specific provisions on parallel volunteer Toudang, according to its Toudang approach.

Twenty-fifth schools recruit high-level sports teams in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions office.

Twenty-sixth candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be expelled from the school if their professional wishes cannot be met.

Chapter VI Charging Standards and Others

Twenty-seventh schools in strict accordance with the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Hubei Provincial Department of Finance, Hubei Provincial Department of Education approved fees and charges.

Twenty-eighth schools conscientiously implement the relevant policies of the state and Hubei Province on student financial assistance, provide financial assistance and help to students with financial difficulties, and actively do a good job in financial assistance services.

Article 29 Students from College of Food Science and Engineering, College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering, College of Animal Science and Nutritional Engineering, College of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and College of Medical Technology and Nursing teach in Changqing Campus; Students from School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering, school of economics and management, School of Mathematics and Computer, School of Foreign Languages, and School of Arts and Media teach in gold and silver lake Campus.

Thirtieth candidates can move into the household registration with the admission notice, and go through the registration formalities according to the time and relevant requirements stipulated by the school. Candidates who cannot report on time should submit a written application to the school within two weeks after the registration time stipulated in the admission notice, and the registration can be postponed after approval. Candidates who fail to report within the time limit without the consent of the school are deemed to have given up their admission qualifications.

Thirty-first freshmen's qualification examination and review shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of the school.

Article 32 In order to implement the "people-oriented" educational concept, the school has formulated relevant policies and measures for changing majors and taking double degrees to provide students with more opportunities to choose their own majors and good space for personality development.

Article 33 Graduation Diploma: Wuhan University of Light Industry will issue a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma to students who have completed their studies and meet the graduation requirements, and a bachelor's degree certificate will be issued to students who meet the conditions for awarding a bachelor's degree.

Chapter VII Handling of Violations

Thirty-fifth candidates, examination staff, enrollment staff and other social personnel in the school entrance examination of all kinds of violations, in accordance with the "national education examination violations" (Ministry of Education Decree No.33) and "Interim Measures for the handling of enrollment violations in ordinary colleges and universities" (Ministry of Education Decree No.36).

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 36 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of full-time undergraduates in our university, and the Admissions Office of our university is responsible for the interpretation.

Article 37 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the original documents and regulations on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.
