2. The files of social people will be stored in the unit or the talent market. You can go to the unit archives management office to check your own files. If the company has employee files in the talent market, you can check your own files by phone or online.
3. For newly graduated students, due to the slow transfer of files, the school will send files to the talent market where they work; Within two months after graduation, the files can still be found in the school's student status section; After two months, you can register in the talent market where you work. You can consult by phone or on the talent network.
Check the location of personal files as follows:
1. Start from the alma mater and go directly to the alma mater archives.
2. Or look up the contact information of the archives of the alma mater online, and contact the relevant person in charge by phone or email;
3. If you don't stay at your alma mater through university archives, you can also find out the whereabouts of the archives when you graduate;
4. The archives of college graduates basically have six major flows;
5. Those who continue to study and research in our school will stay in the school;
6. If the contractor has the right to receive files, the files shall be handed over to the work unit;
7. If the contracting unit has no right to receive the archives, the archives shall be transferred to the talent market in the cities and counties where the work unit is located;
8. Graduates who are not signed, unemployed, freelance and self-employed will return their files directly to the personnel department of the city or county of origin.
