The college has set up a career development center to provide students with career planning, employment guidance and consulting services, and enhance their employment competitiveness through judicial examination training, civil service examination training, intellectual property workers training, English skills training, image and etiquette training, and employment guidance and consulting services. The college has established cooperative relations with many overseas universities such as the United States, Canada, Britain and Hong Kong, carried out exchange programs, and recommended graduates to study abroad. In recent years, about 10% graduates have been admitted to overseas universities to pursue master's degrees. The college has established close ties with foreign-funded enterprises in South China and recommended graduates to famous enterprises for employment. In the past three years, the employment rate of law school graduates is over 98%, and the passing rate of judicial examination is about 60%.
