The school is located at No.3666 Hongjing Avenue, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. Located at the south foot of Fangshan Scenic Area, a scenic national geological park, it is close to the Upper Qinhuai Wetland Ecological Park.

Nanguang College of Communication University of China, approved by the Ministry of Education, is a non-profit independent college co-founded by famous cultural entrepreneurs, leading figures in domestic film and television industry, private educators Pu and former president and honorary president of Communication University of China. It was established in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in 2004.
