At present, there are three provincial and ministerial key laboratories: the key laboratory of the Ministry of Education-the key laboratory of photoelectric information acquisition and control, the key laboratory of Anhui Province-the key laboratory of information materials and devices, and the demonstration center of basic physics experiment teaching in Anhui Province. There are also general physics laboratories, modern physics laboratories, multimedia demonstration laboratories, optical waveguide laboratories, computational physics laboratories, photoelectric laboratories, electronic technology laboratories, material physics laboratories, theoretical physics workstations (computer rooms), materials science and engineering workstations (computer rooms), key laboratories of structural physics and new materials, and magnetic materials research and development center of Anhui University, with a total area of 7,200 square meters and a total value of instruments and equipment of nearly 20 million yuan.
