Jinshen College of Nanjing Audit University, referred to as "Nanshen Jinshen College", is located in Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu Province. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate college which is under the supervision of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, focusing on cultivating talents in auditing, accounting and finance, and developing economy, management, engineering, education and art in a coordinated way?

In 2002, Nanjing Audit University (now Nanjing Audit University) was approved by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education to establish a public and private secondary college-Jinshen College. In 2005, Jinshen College was transformed into an independent college according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education. 20 13 moved to Xianlin university town according to the requirements of Jiangsu provincial education department. In 20 15, it was renamed as Jinshen College of Nanjing Audit University with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
