Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of higher authorities in order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates.

Article 5 As a consultation and democratic supervision institution with the participation of schools and social forces, the Undergraduate Admissions Committee of the school absorbs a certain number of teachers, students and alumni representatives, and provides decision-making advice and suggestions for the school to study and formulate the overall goal of undergraduate enrollment, determine and implement enrollment policies and rules, and decide on major enrollment matters, and provide guidance and supervision.
Article 6 The leading group for undergraduate enrollment in our school is the leading decision-making body for undergraduate enrollment in our school, and is fully responsible for undergraduate enrollment in our school. Main responsibilities: to implement the regulations of higher authorities on undergraduate enrollment, study and formulate the enrollment system, determine the general enrollment plan and enrollment plans of provinces and majors, examine and approve the enrollment charter, enrollment plan, enrollment work plan and enrollment publicity policy, and guide the enrollment examination, admission and publicity work.
Article 7 The undergraduate enrollment office of a school is the executive body responsible for and implementing the undergraduate enrollment work of the school. Chapter III Enrollment Category, Plan and Specialty
Article 9 Undergraduate enrollment in schools mainly includes three types: ordinary, Chinese-foreign cooperative education and specialized courses. Among them, special types of enrollment include national special plans, special plans of colleges and universities (eager to learn), high-level sports teams, sports, arts, enrollment of overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, high school classes in Tibet, high school classes in Xinjiang and preparatory classes for ethnic minorities.
Article 10 Schools enroll students nationwide, and determine enrollment plans of different provinces and majors according to the requirements of relevant national policies and the principle of equal opportunities for regional and urban enrollment, taking into account the employment situation of students and graduates in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), as well as the school's regional and industry orientation, provincial enrollment plans in previous years and the work requirements of higher authorities. The final annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial enrollment examination institutions.
Eleventh schools use the reserved plan in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. The school takes 1% of the total enrollment plan as a reserved plan, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination and solve the admission problem of candidates with the same score.
Article 12 Schools enroll students according to professional categories. When candidates fill in the college entrance examination volunteers, each major category is regarded as an enrollment professional volunteer. Students admitted according to professional categories are not divided into specific majors when they enter school. After completing the general education course, according to the relevant regulations of the school, professional ability, students' performance, volunteers, etc., they are diverted to major related majors. Chapter IV Access Principles
Thirteenth school enrollment work under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Education, in accordance with the principle of "the school is responsible for the provincial entrance examination institutions", under the organization and supervision of the provincial entrance examination institutions.
1. The school files according to the scores provided by the provincial entrance examination institutions. The gear shifting ratio is determined according to the relevant regulations of the provincial entrance examination institutions, and in principle, it is within 105% according to parallel volunteer run-to-run control. Voluntarily file according to batch order, and the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 120% in principle.
2. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, collect volunteers for the unfinished plan; Volunteer in batches. If the number of the first volunteer candidates is insufficient, the non-first volunteer candidates will be selected according to the candidates' grades from high to low. If the number of students is still insufficient, they will be recruited. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred back or transferred to other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with good students to complete the enrollment plan.
3. The school implements the score priority admission rule, and there is no professional difference. Select candidates who enter the archives according to their grades and professional volunteers, and determine their majors. When the scores are the same, the candidates of literature and history compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn, while the candidates of science and engineering and comprehensive reform compare the scores of mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages in turn.
Candidates who have reported their willingness to adjust their majors will be transferred to unfinished majors according to the order from high to low when the reported majors are full, until the admission amount is full; Candidates who fail to fill in their willingness to adjust their majors will be dismissed if their reported majors have been fully accepted.
Provincial admissions examination institutions have provisions on admission rules, from its provisions. Among them, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rule of "queuing admission according to professional volunteers in the enrollment plan 1: 1", that is, candidates who are enrolled in the enrollment plan are admitted in the order of professional volunteers according to the total score of the college entrance examination.
4. When transferring files, enrolling students, and determining majors, the school recognizes the highest among all the bonus items in the national college entrance examination stipulated by the Ministry of Education and the competent education departments of various provinces and cities, with a maximum score of no more than 20 points. All college entrance examination plus points and scores shall not be used for enrollment projects that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.
Fourteenth candidates from Jiangsu Province who apply for ordinary classes in schools, special programs in colleges and universities, and Sino-foreign cooperative education must reach B+ and B; Other special types of enrollment should be graded according to the regulations of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute.
When determining candidates' admission majors, candidates with A+ in history (literature and history) and physics (science and engineering) will be given 2 points, and candidates with A will be given 1 point.
Fifteenth provinces and cities to implement the comprehensive reform of the examination enrollment system, the filing method in accordance with the relevant documents of the provincial admissions examination institutions. Candidates' elective subjects must meet the requirements of the school's professional elective subjects, otherwise they will not be hired. The school takes the comprehensive quality files of candidates as a reference for arranging and adjusting professional volunteers.
Sixteenth schools do not restrict candidates from taking foreign languages, but English is a compulsory course for all majors, and candidates will teach English as their first foreign language after entering school.
Article 17 The admission of special programs (studious programs), high-level sports teams, arts, physical training, enrollment of overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and other special types of enrollment projects in ordinary colleges and universities shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, provincial enrollment examination institutions and the school's enrollment brochures for related categories this year.
School enrollment of senior high school classes in Tibet, senior high school classes in Xinjiang, and preparatory classes for ethnic minorities in the mainland, as well as the admission of special national plans, shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, provincial entrance examination institutions and schools.
Admission rules for physical education majors: among the candidates who have passed the political, ideological and moral examinations and physical examinations, if the scores of the provincial-level unified examinations for culture and majors reach the undergraduate qualification line or above stipulated by the provincial-level entrance examination institutions, they will be admitted according to the admission rules stipulated by the provincial-level entrance examination institutions; If the provincial entrance examination institutions do not stipulate the admission rules, they will be admitted according to their professional achievements. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that divide sports into arts and sciences, only science candidates are recruited.
Article 18 Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools shall not admit candidates who have not filled in their volunteers for Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, and students shall not transfer to other majors after entering the school.
Article 19 The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (No.3 [2003] of Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Examination in Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (No.2 [2010]).
Chapter V Charges and Others
Twentieth schools charge tuition, accommodation, heating and so on. According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the price management department of Jiangsu Province. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-fourth schools do not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to carry out enrollment work, and do not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of any intermediary institution or individual who conducts illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of "China University of Mining and Technology".
Article 25 The Admissions Office of China University of Mining and Technology shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
Article 26 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the original enrollment articles shall be abolished at the same time. Where there is any conflict with the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
