To examine and approve the teaching plan and syllabus of adult higher education and continuing education in schools, organize and coordinate the organization and arrangement of adult teachers' management teaching, and inspect and evaluate the quality of education and teaching.

To examine and approve the specialty setting scheme and enrollment work scheme of adult higher education, continuing education and vocational education. And conduct a preliminary examination of the enrollment plan, and organize all employees to implement the enrollment plan approved by the school.

To examine and approve the annual and semester work plans of all business and administrative departments of our college, and organize all departments to implement business and administrative management. Arrange, guide and check the work and progress of each department.

Examining and approving students' withdrawal, suspension, transfer (including major change), resumption and upgrading; Examining and approving students' graduation, graduation and graduation procedures; To conduct preliminary examination on the application and award of bachelor's degree to graduates of adult higher education;

Responsible for the planning and arrangement of various funds; Examination and approval of expenditure and use of funds; Purchase and approval of all kinds of equipment and office supplies;

Under the authorization of the principal, sign various agreements on adult higher education, continuing education and vocational education on behalf of the school (such as joint running of schools, establishment of correspondence stations, various trainings, etc.). ) and host foreign exchanges.

Assess the performance of post responsibilities of all employees, and decide on rewards and punishments, promotion and appointment (including hiring and dismissal) of employees.
