China Youshi University is a national university of science and engineering, located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). The school is mainly built by the Ministry of Education, five major energy enterprise groups, the Ministry of Education and the Shandong Provincial People's Government.
