Because my computer was bought in Huasheng, Jing Tian, a series of problems happened later. Every time I think about it, I always feel depressed, and I don't feel uncomfortable. Let me talk about the problems that occurred after I bought this computer.

1. The computer took 5 197 yuan. I bought i5, 16g, 240g solid. After disassembling, it was found that there was only one memory (16G), and one was missing. I communicated with the customer service, and it went well this time. Customer service sent me another memory soon after self-checking, so my memory is two pieces of 8G, the brand (TIGO) and external frequency are the same, except that one piece is double-sided granular (currently used normally) and the other piece is single-sided granular (unusable).

2. After the machine is used normally for one month, it is useless to start the blue screen reloading system, because I have a mechanical hard disk, and I can start it normally by using the mechanical hard disk as the system disk. The initial judgment was that the hard disk was broken, so I communicated with the customer service, and the customer service said that it would mail it back to the hard disk (M2 interface) for repair. Because there is a mechanical hard disk, returning the solid-state hard disk will not affect the normal use. I fixed it. Later, the customer service replied that the solid state was broken and mailed me a non-SATA solid state, which has been used normally until now.

3. Here comes the key question. It was used for less than half a year, and once it was used normally, it suddenly crashed. After a series of tests, because I am a computer major, I also did after-sales maintenance at the computer point for one year. I judged that there was either a memory problem or a motherboard problem, and then I changed the motherboard. (The replacement motherboard was actually bought from Jing Tian Huasheng official website, and it was very sad in the middle. Finally, the motherboard was hacked. This has been explained in my previous post, so I won't say it here. ) I found that every memory slot of double-sided particles can be lit, but not single-sided. So I gave this question back to the customer service. The customer service asked me to repair the memory and send it back and forth by myself. After I repaired the memory, it was mailed back to me about a week later. There is nothing in the whole package, such as test records, maintenance records and test certificates. I asked the customer service, and the customer service said that it had returned to the factory for normal maintenance. Plug it in, and it still doesn't work.

I contacted customer service again. I am really speechless. Just like that robot, I said we had repaired it before sending it back to you. If we don't fix it, how can we send it back to you? Isn't this a loss of postage? I asked him, where are the maintenance records or certificates? They said that there is no such thing. I asked about memory again. I paid for mailing it, but I paid for mailing it back to you. What have you lost?

Just to be clear, I also did express delivery for a while. I sent it back to Jiangxi from Hubei, and they accepted me 10 yuan (as evidenced by the screenshot). In fact, as an official large-scale cooperative unit, sending a memory across provinces will definitely not exceed that of 6 yuan, or even lower. I also earned the postage here.

I said I was too lazy to talk about it. Now the machine just doesn't work. What should I do? They said, there is nothing we can do. Please send back your computer motherboard and two memory chips, and we will repair them for you! ! ! I asked, the motherboard and memory have been mailed back, so can my computer still be used?
