By the end of 20 10, Donghua University of Technology Yangtze University School now covers an area of 300 mu (the original campus of Fuzhou Teachers College), excluding the rented part of Donghua University of Technology Fuzhou Campus, and is building a new campus covering an area of 27 1.34 mu (the planned area is about 420 mu).

Donghua Institute of Technology of Yangtze University, located in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and relying on Donghua Institute of Technology (formerly East China Institute of Geology).

The college enrolls students from 30 provinces in China. At present, Donghua Institute of Technology of Yangtze University has 7,094 students and 25 undergraduate majors. It has realized the coordinated development of economy, management, literature, law and teaching.
