In 2023, the National Computer Level II Examination will be held from March 25th to 27th (March in the first half of the year) and from September 23rd to 25th (September in the second half of the year), and the latest examination time will be from March 25th to 27th (the 68th time).

The National Computer Rank Examination (hereinafter referred to as NCRE) is a national computer proficiency examination system approved by the former State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and sponsored by the Education Examinations Institute of the Ministry of Education. It is geared to the society and is used to test candidates' computer application knowledge and skills.

NCRE does not aim at evaluating teaching, and the assessment content is not set according to the requirements of the school, but according to the different degrees and needs of different social classes using computers.
