However, some female college students overemphasize the biological nature of sex, believe in "sexual freedom" and "sexual liberation", indulge themselves in behavior, seek the stimulation of "one-night stand", play games with multiple sexual partners, and even act as escorts and "mistresses" who completely violate sexual morality, and do whatever it takes or even lose their personality to get sexual satisfaction. This deviation in sexual cognition, emotion and attitude is not only a manifestation of unhealthy sexual psychology, but also an important factor causing a series of sexual psychological obstacles.
Second, menstrual troubles.
Menstruation is a sign that women enter puberty and a normal physiological phenomenon. Some female college students are influenced by the wrong idea that menstruation is unclean and indecent, and they have an aversion to menstruation. It is a bad psychological suggestion to say that menstruation is unlucky. Because some female students have the psychology of shyness, disgust and panic about menstruation itself, and the emotions such as nervousness, irritability and depression caused by the bad stimulation of the external environment may cause menstrual disorder to varying degrees, and malignant emotions may even cause dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea. Third, sexual inferiority Almost all college students pay attention to physical characteristics related to their gender. College students all want to be beautiful or chic. If you think you look ordinary, you will feel distressed. For example, some female college students are very concerned about their breast size. Individual college students pay too much attention to their physical characteristics. If they encounter rejection, discrimination or frustration in love, they will easily cause serious psychological maladjustment, and very few will even commit suicide. I am a freshman girl. Although I have good academic performance, I am an unwelcome girl. At home, my parents look down on me a little. At school, my teacher doesn't like me very much, and many of my classmates don't get along with me. I feel that few boys are watching me. I see that my roommate always looks like a boy pursuing happiness. My heart is full of pain and inferiority. Why don't any boys like me? This problem has been lingering in my mind and I can't let it go. I always feel that if a person wants to be liked by others, he really has deep knowledge in it.

We should respect, understand and trust students. In addition, students are very closed and unwilling to tell their teachers about their sexual and psychological problems. Teachers should communicate with students more, gain their trust, and understand their psychological confusion and problems in time.
2. Improve students' mental health awareness. Students should actively play their subjective initiative, treat problems correctly, and then seek scientific methods to solve problems. Keep good study and living habits, keep healthy and strengthen your moral cultivation. Communicate with others more, try to tell yourself that the world is still beautiful when you are depressed, and transfer the problem through these methods.
