According to the National Standards for Students' Physical Fitness and Health, when students in ordinary high schools, secondary vocational schools and ordinary colleges graduate, those whose test scores are lower than 50 points will be treated as graduation or withdrawal. Students who are sick or disabled can apply to the school with the hospital certificate and be allowed to graduate after passing the examination.

College students who fail to meet the physical examination standards will affect their graduation. However, as far as the current situation in the country is concerned, there has never been a situation in which graduation cannot be achieved because of unqualified physical examination. Therefore, physical examination has little effect, but physical exercise should be strengthened at ordinary times.
