Chengdu Textile College is a full-time general institution of higher learning organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, an independent textile institution of higher learning in southwest China, a national backbone vocational college, a demonstration vocational college in Sichuan Province, and a pilot unit of the modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of Education.

WuhanPolytechnic, located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, is a public comprehensive full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and independently set up by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. It is also a national model higher vocational college and a national high-quality college.
