The Implementation Measures of Guilin University of Technology for Undergraduates to Change Major stipulates that:

Eighth students to major according to the following operating procedures;

(a) Students themselves apply for transfer to their colleges;

(two) after the approval of the college, the application materials that meet the application conditions will be transferred to the proposed college;

(three) transferred to the college where the major is located for examination, and assessed the students who meet the professional requirements;

(four) to determine the list of students to be transferred to colleges and universities, and report to the Academic Affairs Office for examination;

(5) The Academic Affairs Office shall report to the school for approval and issuance after summarizing, reviewing and publicizing without objection.
