During this 14 day, I studied financial software in UFIDA as follows:

Class A financial part, standard training: including general ledger and statements; Realize the daily financial work, accounting statements and computerized accounting management of enterprises.

General ledger system is suitable for all kinds of enterprises and institutions, mainly used for voucher processing, account book management, personal current account management, department management, project accounting and cashier management.

UFO report is a flexible report generation tool, and users can freely define various financial reports, management summary tables and statistical analysis tables. It can mine data from the database through the access formula, define data matching operations between tables and between different tables, and make a report with mixed graphics and text. It is a rare report tool for accountants.

Outward bound training: including modules of A/R and A/P, fixed assets and salary management; These modules realize the whole process of financial management from accounting to report analysis from different angles.

Accounts receivable management focuses on the accounting and management of accounts receivable by industrial and commercial enterprises. Based on the original vouchers such as invoices, expense bills and other receivables, it records the accounts receivable formed by sales business and other businesses, handles the collection, bad debts and transfer of accounts receivable, and provides bill processing functions to realize the management of acceptance bills. The system can be integrated with general ledger and sales system.

Accounts payable management is mainly to calculate and manage the corresponding funds of industrial and commercial enterprises. Based on the original documents such as invoices, expense bills and other bills payable, it records the current accounts formed by purchasing business and other businesses, handles the payment and transfer of accounts payable, and provides the bill processing function to realize the management of acceptance bills. The system can be integrated with general ledger and purchasing system.

Fixed assets are applicable to all kinds of enterprises and institutions for equipment management and depreciation. It can be used to dynamically manage the total value of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation data, and assist the equipment management department to manage and analyze the entity indicators of fixed assets.

Class B supply chain, standard training: including sales management, procurement management, inventory management and inventory accounting. Manage the process of purchasing, selling and storing of enterprises, reduce the logistics cost of enterprises and strengthen the market response speed.

Purchasing management manages the whole process of purchasing business, providing a complete purchasing process including requisition, ordering, arrival, warehousing, invoicing and purchasing settlement. Users can customize the purchase process according to the actual situation. It can handle three types of business: general purchase, consignment and drop shipment. Provide a business model with the required order.

Sales management provides a complete sales process of quotation, ordering, delivery and invoicing, supports general sales, consignment, installment payment, drop shipment, retail, sales transfer and other types of sales business, and can monitor sales price and credit in real time. Users can customize the system according to the actual situation and build their own sales business management platform. It supports four sales business types: ordinary sales, consignment, drop shipment and installment payment, and supports the business model of necessary orders.

Inventory management focuses on the needs of industrial and commercial enterprises in inventory management, covering most of the current industrial and commercial inventory management work. It can meet the business requirements of purchasing warehousing, sales warehousing, finished goods warehousing, material warehousing, other warehousing, inventory management, etc., and provide comprehensive business applications such as location management, batch management, shelf life management, warehousing tracking management, and available quantity management. Grasp all kinds of inventory information in time and dynamically. Provide a variety of reserve analysis, which is convenient for enterprises to control inventory and avoid material backlog occupying funds or material shortage affecting production.

Inventory accounting Inventory accounting can be divided into industrial inventory accounting and commercial inventory accounting. Inventory accounting is to manage the stock-in and stock-out business from the perspective of funds, which is mainly used to account the stock-in cost, stock-out cost and balance cost of enterprises. Reflect and supervise the receipt, delivery, return and storage of inventory. Reflect and supervise the occupation of inventory funds. From my experience, I will make a simple report on what I have learned in these ten days of training and my personal views on the teaching role of UFIDA financial software in the accounting department and the specific needs of accounting professional curriculum reform and accounting computerization accounting practice.

1. The current version of UFIDA financial software: UFIDA ERP-U8 enterprise application suite is designed to meet the information needs of SMEs with different management levels, different management and information maturity, different applications and industry characteristics on the basis of comprehensively summarizing, analyzing and refining the business management characteristics of SMEs in China. At present, the latest UFIDA financial software on the market is version 8.7 1, while our training uses version 8.62, and higher vocational colleges use UFIDA ERP (teaching version). UFIDA ERP Experimental Center, based on enterprise informatization, provides universities with the same real software as enterprises, so that teachers and students can directly understand the real enterprises. But this kind of software can only be used in school teaching, and cannot be used by enterprises to keep accounts. The only difference is that the teaching version is marked in the upper left corner, and the others are completely consistent with the real software in the enterprise. The accounting subjects of version 8.62 are under the old accounting system, and the versions above 8.70 are under the new accounting standards. It is suggested that the college purchase the following functional modules: first, the financial part (general ledger, A/R, A/P, WEB finance, UFO report and cash flow statement), second, the supply chain part (sales, procurement, inventory, inventory), and third, the salary management module of the human resources part. UFIDA needs to solve the following problems: First, provide the latest version and upgrade the software for free; Second, solve the financial software that teachers need to prepare lessons at home; Third, provide relevant courseware and teaching materials, and provide students with examination and certification modules free of charge.
