Luxembourg, known as the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is the only remaining grand duchy in continental Europe. The bridge is 46 meters high and 84 meters long. The bridge deck is six lanes wide and suspended overhead. There are different sizes of bridge opening on the arch. The arches supporting the bridge are symmetrical and spectacular. The maximum span of the arch is 85 meters. It was the largest stone arch bridge in the world at that time, and it is still one of the outstanding bridge buildings in Europe. The bridge spans the verdant valley of the Petrus River, connects the old and new urban areas of Luxembourg and overlooks the whole city of Luxembourg.

At 9 o'clock every night, the mayor of Luxembourg usually wears ancient clothes and drinks upstairs in the municipal government. Therefore, citizens and tourists always gather in the square of the municipal government every night to watch the wonderful performance of the mayor drinking.
