Zheng Xingshan, Ph.D. in Management, Associate Professor Antai school of economics and management of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Director of Human Resources Department. From September 2005 to March 2006, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Washington, USA.

His main research interests are human resource management, organizational behavior, personnel economic analysis and enterprise theory. He independently or participated in writing six books and published 1 translation.

He presided over the National Natural Science Foundation Project (70972068), Shanghai Jiaotong University Science and Technology Fund Project, Shanghai Municipal Government Talent Strategy Bidding Project, Shanghai Youth Entrepreneurship Bidding Project, Shanghai B&R Industrial Automation Company Human Resource Management Consulting and other projects.
