I. Introduction to the College

Peking University College of Psychology and Cognitive Science (hereinafter referred to as "College of Psychology") is the first psychology department in China to enter the top one percent of ESI world rankings. In the QS World University Ranking, the School of Psychology has been ranked first among the departments of psychology in mainland universities, among which 20 1 1-20 14 has been ranked among the top 50 in the world for four consecutive years. Elsevier 20 15 in the list of highly cited scholars in China, the number of psychological colleges (4) ranks first among the psychological teaching and research units in mainland China.

In terms of postgraduate training, the School of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences implements the credit system under the guidance of tutors. The postgraduate training programs in the School of Psychology include academic postgraduate students focusing on basic scientific research and professional postgraduate students focusing on application practice. The academic system is three years. Since 20 17, the School of Psychology has enrolled doctoral students in basic psychology and applied psychology. Graduate students' graduation destinations, including colleges, research institutes, enterprises and institutions, are all recognized by employers.

Master of applied psychology (full-time)

In order to meet the demand for high-level professionals in China's economic construction, with the approval of the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, the School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences has enrolled master's degree students in applied psychology (MAP) since 20 12. The Master of Applied Psychology focuses on cultivating psychological professional skills necessary for a specific occupation, applying psychological theory and technology to related fields and solving practical problems. The goal is to cultivate advanced applied talents in psychology in social, economic, cultural, educational, medical, national defense, sports and other fields.

Master of applied psychology (part-time)

Peking University College of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences has been enrolling part-time masters in applied psychology since the fall of October19, with students 15. Candidates who are interested in working in the field of clinical psychology (psychological counseling in colleges and universities) are welcome to apply.

Two. 20 19 admission

From 2065438 to 2009, Peking University Institute of Psychology-Cognitive Science only recruited graduate students majoring in applied psychology, but did not recruit graduate students majoring in psychology.

(1) In 2019, the Master of Applied Psychology of Peking University College of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences plans to recruit 35 full-time students, part-time students 15, of which full-time students 15 are planned to be exempted.

(2) The full-time master of applied psychology does not distinguish the research direction, and the part-time master of applied psychology program 20 19 only recruits candidates who are interested in working in the direction of clinical psychology (psychological counseling in colleges and universities).

(3) The main teaching time of part-time applied psychology is weekends or evenings, and the rest time is at least 3 to 4 days per week, which requires practice and research such as clinical probation, internship and school psychological consultation.

(4) Full-time and part-time schooling lasts for three years. The total cost of full-time applied psychology is 78,000 yuan, and the total cost of part-time tuition168,000 yuan. There is no academic scholarship, and all students have to pay tuition. Accommodation is not provided in this major, and accommodation and related expenses must be taken care of by yourself.

Remarks:

1. The second interview time is generally in the middle and late March.

2. The second interview is conducted by the difference method, and the difference ratio is generally not less than 120%.

3. Candidates who have participated in the preliminary examination and obtained the qualification for re-examination should download relevant forms from Peking University Research Recruitment Network before the re-examination, and provide all kinds of materials that can prove their scientific research potential at the specified time, including the scientific research plan at the master's stage, the official transcripts of the graduation school, and scientific research achievements.

4. Candidates who participate in the re-examination are required to pay the re-examination fee, and the re-examination fee standard is implemented according to the relevant regulations of Beijing Education Examinations Institute.

5. Foreign language listening and speaking tests are conducted in the second interview, and the results are included in the total score of the second interview.

6. Those who fail the second interview will not be admitted. Whether those who pass the re-examination can be admitted depends on the total score ranking of the candidates.

7. The total score consists of two parts: the initial test score and the retest score. The weight of the retest score in the total score is generally within the range of 30% ~ 50%.

The highest score of full-time is 408, and the lowest score is 376;

Part-time minimum score is 375.

The retest scores of full-time and part-time master's degree in applied psychology are 375.

Seven, tuition fees

Full-time applied psychology

The tuition fee totals 78,000 yuan. Students are required to pay tuition fees according to the academic year, that is, 26,000 yuan is paid when freshmen register for school each academic year. Those who fail to pay or pay the tuition fees in full will not go through the admission and registration procedures. There is no academic scholarship for this major, and all students have to pay tuition. This major does not provide accommodation, accommodation and related expenses are self-care.

Part-time applied psychology

The total tuition fee is 6.5438+0.68 million yuan. Students are required to pay tuition fees according to the academic year, that is, 56,000 yuan is paid when freshmen register and register at the beginning of each academic year. Those who have not paid the tuition fees or have not paid the tuition fees in full shall not go through the admission and registration procedures. There is no scholarship for this major, and all students have to pay tuition. Accommodation is not provided in this major, and accommodation and related expenses must be taken care of by yourself.
