Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Rules

Chapter IV Fund Management

Twenty-second school enrollment funds come from school administrative funds, and its expenditure is limited to the scope of enrollment work, and it is earmarked according to the school financial management system.

Twenty-eighth students according to the provisions of the school to complete the contents of the teaching plan, meet the graduation conditions, the school awarded Suihua College graduation certificate, meet the conditions for awarding a bachelor's degree, awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 The Articles of Association will be revised according to the adjustment of the enrollment policy of the Ministry of Education and the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province in that year. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations and superior policies, the latter shall prevail.

Article 30 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of revision. In case of any conflict between the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.

Article 31 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Leading Group of Suihua University.
