Brief Introduction of School of Public Health of Jilin University
The School of Public Health of Jilin University is located on the west side of the southern end of Xinmin Street, Chaoyang District, Changchun Cultural and Educational Community, Jilin Province. The college was founded in 1958, formerly known as the College of Preventive Medicine of Bethune Medical University. In 2000, it was renamed the School of Public Health. It is an important teaching base of Norman Bethune Health Science Center of Jilin University, integrating education and scientific research in radiation medicine, preventive medicine, medical information management, medical law and other disciplines. Since its establishment, the College has trained undergraduate students 1350, master students (288), doctoral students (99) and adult education students (745).
