Minzu University of China is located in Haidian District, Beijing, adjacent to the National Library in the south and Zhongguancun Science Park in the north. The campus environment is elegant, simple and beautiful, with rich humanistic atmosphere and distinctive national characteristics. In June 2002, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Municipal People's Government jointly signed the Agreement on Building a Central University for Nationalities. With the great attention of the Party and the country, the school was approved as a national key university on 1978, and entered the ranks of national key construction universities in "21Project" and "985 Project" in 2004, and it is also one of the universities in China's "Excellent Legal Talents Training Plan".
