Qiu Hui (1929—) was born in Kunming, Yunnan. Consultant of Yunnan Pu 'er Tea Company, member of Yunnan Tea Association, honorary director and senior agronomist. Graduated from Forestry Department of Agricultural College of Yunnan University. Former manager of Yunnan Pu 'er Tea Company, retired cadre, and now consultant of Yunpu Tea House in Simao City. Former executive director of Yunnan Tea Society, former vice chairman of Simao Tea Society, and honorary director of the first and second sessions of Yunnan Tea Association.
