Jiangsu Normal University is located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
The school's predecessor was 1952, which was a quick school for demobilized cadres' culture. 1956 set up a training course for middle school teachers in Jiangsu province. Jiangsu Normal University was founded in 1957.
1958 moved north to Xuzhou, and 1959 merged with Xuzhou Normal University (Pizhou) to form Xuzhou Normal University. 198 1 became the first batch of master's degree awarding units in China.
