First, school profile:
1. 1897 was founded in Jingfu Academy, then merged with Qiushi Academy to form Anhui University Hall, and later changed to Anhui Ordnance Academy, Anhui Army Academy and Anhui Law and Politics College. 1928, the provincial Anhui University was established here. 1946 changed to National Anhui University. From 1958 to Anhui Normal University, Anqing Teaching Center of Anhui Normal University and Anqing Branch of Anhui Normal University. In 20 16, it was renamed Anqing Teachers College with the approval of the Ministry of Education. ?
2. As of June 2022, the school has two campuses, Longshan and Linghu, covering an area of 2,800 mu, with 17 secondary colleges, 72 undergraduate majors, 1480 staff and more than 27,200 full-time students.
Second, foreign exchanges:
1. By March, 2022, it had established friendly and cooperative schools with 25 foreign universities, including the University of Salisbury, the University of Central Arkansas and the University of hildesheim, and carried out substantive cooperation in teacher exchange, student exchange, teaching and scientific research.
