He is currently the president of Hebei Coal Ecological Protection Mining Technology Research Institute, the director of the State Key Laboratory of Energy Filling Coal Mining Technology, and the deputy director of the National Safe Coal Mine Water Disaster Prevention and Water Resources Protection Technology Innovation Center.
