These Measures are formulated to standardize the management of special funds for college students' scientific and technological innovation competition in Shandong Province and improve the efficiency in the use of funds.
Reward the authors of the winning works of the Shandong University Students' Science and Technology Innovation Competition. According to the winning projects (including team projects and individual projects), the first prize 10000 yuan, the second prize 8000 yuan and the third prize 5000 yuan.
Reward the instructor of the award-winning works of Shandong University Students' Science and Technology Innovation Competition. According to the winning projects (including group projects and individual projects), the first prize is 5000 yuan, the second prize is 4000 yuan, and the third prize is 3000 yuan.
Reward the school that won the outstanding organization award of the University Student Science and Technology Innovation Competition. Each award-winning school awards 50,000 yuan, which is mainly used to support college students to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities and carry out scientific and technological innovation works.
Incentive funds should be allocated to relevant universities before the end of May of the following year in the University Student Science and Technology Innovation Competition.
The award funds for the college students' scientific and technological innovation competition shall be accounted for separately and used for special purposes.
No unit or individual may intercept, occupy or misappropriate the award funds for the University Students' Science and Technology Innovation Competition. Those who resort to deceit and do not use funds according to the prescribed purposes will be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations. If it constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling according to law.
These Measures shall come into force from July 20 15 to June 30, 2020.
