Liu Shanghe, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, is the founder of electrostatic safety engineering in China and a pioneer in the research of electromagnetic environmental effects of equipment. He is currently a professor at the Army Engineering University, a first-class professor in shijiazhuang tiedao university, a double-employed academician, director of the electromagnetic environment effect center for the integration of national defense and civil technology, and a doctoral supervisor; Director of the Academic Committee of the State Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects; Leader of the Expert Group on "Electromagnetic Field and Electromagnetic Environment Effect" in the field of information and electronic engineering science and technology in China; Head of the professional group of electromagnetic compatibility and protection technology for national defense pre-research; Academic leaders of national key disciplines.
