The college has advanced teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment, including 4 undergraduate laboratories, 1 key laboratory of autonomous region and 1 practice base on campus, including experimental teaching demonstration center of mechanical basic courses, comprehensive engineering training center, mechanical manufacturing and agricultural mechanization engineering laboratory, electromechanical and enterprise information engineering laboratory, thermal energy and power and transportation laboratory, and modern design and advanced manufacturing technology laboratory. The college attaches great importance to the reform and construction of experimental teaching, establishes the teaching concept of "cultivating engineering ability and business ability" and the experimental course system of "strengthening foundation, cultivating quality, developing characteristics and highlighting innovation", and strengthens the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness, comprehensive quality and engineering practice ability by offering comprehensive, designed experiments and independent experiments. At present, there are teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment worth16180,000 yuan, and 29 instruments and equipment worth more than 10,000 yuan/piece, with a total laboratory area of 15638 square meters.
